I love HK because it’s such a melting pot of cultures – like my family we are all come from so many different places. Aqua Luna Hong Kong
Burcu & Ramon’s wedding was no different, she’s Turkish and he’s Spanish and friends came from all over the world to celebrate.
We started with bridal prep at The Firm salon in Central. Grabbed a couple of pics on the street and then headed to the registry office at City Hall. All their family & friends then arrived and trying to get them in an organised group for photos was like trying to herd cats – Spanish cats! As a result we were a little late for the ceremony but we made it.
Afterwards we headed to Pomegranate Restaurant in Wong Chuk Hang. It’s a really great place but located in an old industrial building so the guests were unsure what was in store for them! But inside the restaurant it was really nice and there was a large terrace for dancing. After some amazing food we headed for the dance floor and the Spanish and Turkish dancing was on another level – YMCA it ain’t!
In the evening we boarded the Aqua Luna Hong Kong junk boat for a tour of Victoria Harbour. We were so lucky with the weather and were treated to a wonderful sunset which rounded off a truly special day. Hope you have as much fun viewing the pics below as I did taking them…
